On a mission to empower teams
The work our customers ask us to do is often accompanied by some degree of ambiguity and/or uncertainty and we’ve intentionally built Pumphouse to be able to turn that into an advantage.
We like to call Pumphouse a “COVID Native” company. What we mean by that is that we’ve taken advantage of “the great resignation”, the workforce’s newfound geographic freedom, and a strong network of the best people we know, to bring together a team and an operating model that allows us to flex resource bandwidth and skillset to meet the needs of any given project as it evolves. We don’t carry a bench of employees and the overhead and obsession with utilization that model generates, and we don’t need to structure projects with rigid full-time teams – we’re able to deploy the right skills, in the right amount, at the right time.
